We both ran this event in 2011 and absolutely LOVED it, so-much-so that we have included it in our UK ULTRArace Championship this year. You will need to enter the event on our website to get the points added to your other 2012 ULTRArace's.
-The race starts at the famous Steam Clock in St.Helier and follows the coastline in an anti-clockwise direction. The first ten miles are fast to checkpoint one and the trail is really easy to follow and well marked. Between here and Checkpoint three, all the fun starts and it's very tough on the cliffs - you will need save your energy for this section as there are a lot of steps. Cliff top paths and sandy bays are the order of the day and from the last checkpoint home it's fast and flat to the finish. Finishing times under 8, 10 and 12 hrs carry a Gold, Silver or Bronze Medal award. You'll love it...
